    • Bookkeeping Services – this can be full-time, part-time, or pay as needed to keep your QBO file in order.

    • Back work and Clean-up Work – either one you need to get up-to-date, and we’re able to help you do that on a flat fee project rate.
    • Business Advisory – cash flow analysis to help manage, run, and grow the business. We see something. We say something and offer recommendations and valuable resources to help streamline your business admin.
    • Software Stacking – QBO is robust software; however, it may not be enough for your business. Therefore I sometimes advise what other apps you may need to reach your optimum business and financial goals. 
    • Troubleshooting – you know QBO; however, you run into problems from time to time. We are providing real solutions and not bandaid fixes. Let us be your customer support. 
    • Incorporation – we support you in starting your company. We help you decide on the type of entity you need to move forward with starting your business. Get the guidance you need for the beginning and build from there.

 

Important Policies

Payment Policy

All sessions must be prepaid since your payment confirms your appointment. All services must be paid in advance to acquire them. All sales are final. Sessions and services are non-refundable, exchangeable, or transferable. We accept ACH, credit card payments, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay. The customer pays all merchant fees.

 

Late Policy

We always initiate contact with you based on the phone number you provide while making your appointment. We’ll call you three times in five minutes. After 5 minutes, it’s your responsibility to call us back. Unfortunately, we cannot make up for the lost time if you are late. Please accept our call from 1-212-281-3295.

 

Cancellation and No Shows Policy

Sessions rescheduled more than 12 hours in advance will be credited to your account for future use (we do not offer refunds). Sessions rescheduled within 12 hours will be forfeited. Missed sessions will be forfeited. Cancellations can be made online 12 or more hours before your appointment.

Hours of Operation

Our Business Hours

    • We’re open Monday to Thursday, 10 AM to 7 PM, at regular billable rates shown on our calendar

 

Our Extended Business Hours

    • Access to our extended hours is an additional $75 fee to the rates shown on our service calendar. 
    • Our extended hours are accessible by appointment only directly booked by calling us. 
    • Our extended hours are Monday to Thursday, 7 PM to 9 PM, and Friday to Saturday, 10 AM to 2 PM.
